1. End User License Agreement

READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and TyresAddict. By purchasing, and/or downloading, and/or using any of our SOFTWARE or DATASET, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This site, TyresAddict, is owned and operated by IP Samokhvalov M.V. (hereinafter referred to as TyresAddict, TyresAddict.com, TyresAddict.ru, TiresAddict.com, we or Company).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall TyresAddict be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if TyresAddict or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Our digital products are created for including, but not limited to WordPress, an open source software released under the GNU public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.

Duration of the license and renewal

Licenses has duration and can be renewed. A valid and active license is required in order to have access to updates, support, and downloads for the purchased products. You can continue to use purchased software and datasets after license expiration "as is", without updates and support.

Software updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license, and your extension(s) or theme(s) support it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.

Limitations

If product has limitations in licensing, we write about this in product description. As example, we have no strong licenses on photos in our datasets, so using of photos may be only on "as is" basis.

OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
You may not resell, share, or publish subscription credentials or access.
You may not provide direct, or indirect access to our content or downloads.

WARRANTY

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that templates and plugins will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Payment service or payment provider commission will not refunded upon refund.

MODIFICATIONS AND COPYRIGHT INFO

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your specific needs. All this can be done accoring to licensing.

DELIVERY

After we have successfully received your payment, you will get access to purchased product. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within minutes. If you do not get an access after this time period, contact us through our website.

PRICE CHANGES

TyresAddict reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our product prices individually at any time without prior notice.
